1. All information provided is accurate and truthful. I understand that false information will result in immediate rejection or removal from the platform.

2. I have read and understood the Carspital mechanic terms — including the platform fee structure (11.5% of labour), weekly M-Pesa payout schedule, anti-leakage rules, and the 3-month warranty obligation on all platform repairs.

3. I consent to Carspital conducting background checks using the documents I have provided, and to my name and photo being displayed to customers as a verified mechanic.

4. I understand that bypassing the platform after meeting a client through Carspital will result in suspension or permanent removal and loss of tier progression.

5. I am authorised to work in Kenya and am over 18 years of age.

First payout — Complete your first job and receive your earnings the following Friday.
